As you are know that there is a features provided by Google that is play books service in Android phone . You should have that app because that app let you to read your favorite comic book or a book that you like.
But as you are visit the play book app the apps offers credit of some Rupee's but don't take it.
When you Search a free books in play books app the e books will not appear therefore you should visit Google play store. There are few steps are as follows

FIRST OF ALL YOU SHOULD HAVE THE GOOGLE PLAY BOOKS
APP OR YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM PLAY STORE AS SHOWN IN THE IMG
AFTER WARDS YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE STEPS
THERE ARE HARDLY FIVE STEP
1. You have hit the play store app and scroll the upper
header that is under the search bar and you will find BOOKS option there then you
have to search for FREE COMIC BOOKS

Which ever do you like the most just click on it
but make sure that show its FREE in blue in color

And you will find EBOOK FREE option and below
their is a wish list and share option
.also you can gave rating of the free e book

While clicking ebooks
free you should wait for few second and then plays books POP up OR open and it will load

Press back button and then you can see small
tick option that means your comics is downloaded
