The new update will be roll out for android for the beta version of the app. The user is using the beta of WhatsApp can have the experience of the security of the WhatsApp. So, lets talk about more of the upcoming update so let’s begin.

While we are taking screenshots of our private chat in the WhatsApp of the conversations could soon be a thing of the past, with the advent of a long-rumoured authentication feature.

So, the authentication feature brings the user to set fingerprint password to hide or lock the WhatsApp in the android. This feature has been introducing late into the android phone. This feature is already test and also many users are using in the iOS devices.

According to WABETA information, the upcoming feature of the authentication will stop and prevent to taking screenshot to users of private conversation or chats. This may good to the user of security and privacy, so the update is good to go ...

This update is definitely lead to a lot of confusion to the users after all, if the conversation is secured it's odd that screenshots are won’t to be capture of any chats.

The website called WABETA Info says that in “An illogical twist; authentication blocks those who enabled it from taking screenshots but doesn’t seem to block other users from taking a screenshot of your chats if they didn't enable the authentication feature.”

(Assuming of course these other users didn't also enable the Authentication feature.)

The WABETA info doesn’t explain that why the feature is being developed this way and not the other way around, where other people are banned from taking a screenshot of your conversation. Whereas we can see that a security feature currently available on snapchat at least notified when other people do so.

This is the second of its kind after WhatsApp recently launched the tipline service to debunk misinformation in India.

As I already said that the new feature is only in the testing stages and it is only available for the beta user of the app so it is not clear whether it will ever be made available for all users of the WhatsApp.
